Ever been on a date??

This week on "The Office" the show kept rolling with a good mix of jokes and entertaining situations. I would like to take a break this week from discussing the entire episode and focus instead on what Michael did wrong on his "date".
First, I would like to start by saying that Julie looks an awful lot like Michaels ex ex Holly! They both laugh at almost everything but I guess Julie lacks Holly's social awkwardness, but I digress. Ok so Michael, when he first started playing pool acted as normal as I have ever seen him. He was funny but not in his normal, offensive, and obnoxious way. He made her interested and seemed to be setting himself off for another relationship, or so I thought. When he soon realized he was on a date, everything went out the window. Here enters "Date Michael", basically Michael Scott in a normal type of situation except with many more obnoxious antics and no filter on his mouth. When you are on a date, how many of you would, when playing pool, hit a ball with the intention of completely missing any sort of pocket on the table?? How many of you would tie a knot with a cherry stem?? How old were you when you last did that? Ok if you have dont any of these things, here are a couple hints for you next date cause the last obviously did not work out: Do not every spin a pool stick around waitresses. This could knock the entire tray out of her hands and break glass at the same time. Also, do not play air-guitar, let alone on top of a pool table. This not impressive and in fact is quite embarrassing for everyone, including yourself. And finally, don't get your dating advice from reality dating shows, these will not help you and will actually harm your chances in the long run. Please take note of these and you will not end up like Michael. Although these exact tactics in a milder form did work on the manager, that was initially yelling at him. Well have to see where this ridiculous relationship goes. I have a feeling it will be funny.

South Park “The Tale of Scrotie McBoogerballs” Review

After failing to see the outrageousness of J.D. Salinger’s The Catcher in the Rye, the boys set out to write the most profane book they can in “The Tale of Scrotie McBoogerballs.”

The episode satirized the over analysis of pop culture, finding hidden messages in works that contain none. The episode also mocks the idea that books alone cause people to commit violent crimes, Sarah Jessica Parker, and the Kardashians. The mocking of over analysis was great and it often annoys me what some critics find in these works.

The throwing up throughout the episode made me laugh out loud several times throughout the episode but it started to get a little old towards the end. Butters as usual was hilarious, including him wanting to kill John Lennon and Ronald Regan, only to find out that they are both already dead. The mocking of Sarah Jessica Parker was great, especially when the boys brought her out to the forest wearing antlers trying to get her killed. Murder of the Kardashian family by a crazed reader of Butters new book was amazing.

Overall it was a great episode with many laugh out loud moments. That will finish it for me this week, see you next week for my review of next week’s episode.

Ab Aeterno

Tonights episode was called Ab Aeterno. A recap of all the commercials might be more fitting seeing as they had a longer air time than the actual show. This is really bothering me with only 7 episodes left. If they are going to have this many ads we need WAY more information than they are giving us. We found out nothing new until there were only 10 minutes left in the show. "The time is now" my ass...

Seeing as they are clearly not going to answer most of our questions unrelated to Jacob and the Smoke, we might as well focus on these issues. So tonight we are told that the island is sort of a giant cork keeping evil from entering and spreading into the world. Hell was referenced an awful lot considering the writers say it is not biblical.

Besides this, we now know Jacob and the Smoke are in some kind of disagreement over whether or not there is good in people. Jacob believes that people can understand right and wrong without his guidance, where the smoke monster believes people will choose evil over good. Jacob brings people to the island to prove him wrong... and has ended up killing all but a few that he has brought. So who is good and who is evil? Jacob's decisions have gotten tons of people killed, and we've seen many people die at the clutches of the smoke. Neither seems very good.

One thing that does seem to make sense is why Jacob let Ben kill him. He said in this episode he can't interfere with people's sins. He would have been interfering had he gone all kung fu on Ben like he did Richard in tonights episode. Jacob wants people to "help themselves" and choose the "right" path on their own, thereby proving smokey wrong.

What does this all mean in a larger context? It is clear that Jacob and the Smoke are not the highest powers, but we can assume that little blonde boy may be. Unfortunately they would rather show us commercials than any info on this. I'd like to think the Smoke somehow escaped from Hell but the island is acting as some sort of purgatory with Jacobs powers keeping him out of the real world... or maybe until he proves to Jacob there is good in him.

Final note. There is a major inconsistency in the show, but the writers couldn't have screwed up this bad, could they?
When Jacob and Smokey are sitting on the beach in the season 5 finale, the Black Rock is drifting slowly in the ocean and it is a sunny day. In tonights episode we see it crash on the island at night during a thunderstorm, smashing the statue. This one completely escapes me. I hope this is intentional or I think all Lost fans will be very angry with the lack of attention paid by the writers.

Hopefully next weeks episode gives us something worthwhile instead of trying to please "new" viewers that haven't invested 6 years of attention into the show. Suddenly ignoring all the details in a show which has survived on continuity and thick plot construction just to gain new viewers is bull shit. I hope that ABC realizes what they are doing.

No trailer or sneak peeks yet, but it's probably better that they don't bring our hopes up just to let us down.

The Sundance Kids

I thought I would take a week off from summarizing the seasons to focus on a specific episode. My favorite episode from season 2 is "The Sundance Kids". The guys head to the mountains in Utah for a film festival that Vinces movie "Queens Boulevard" gets into.

After a season and a half it was nice for the guys to finally get out of L.A and run around in the snow. Drama and Turtle fighting over Shaunas employee was hilarious. Of course the fact that they had an incident in their threesome only added to the absurdity of the episode. One of the most underrated part of the episode was how in love Drama was with the foreign director. The greatest thing ever was Drama invites him to be his guest at Vinces movie just to try to get into his new movie. Only Drama would pull a move like that.

Vince continues to have women fall into his lap this time from shaunas two publicists. Sadly the girl who calls dibs on Vince is, in my opinion, not as good as the girl who ends up with Eric. Please let me know if you disagree, I have flip flopped this idea in my head many times.

Also it cannot be overlooked that maybe one if the greatest cameos ever in Entourage was in this episode: James Cameron (article on Camerons appearence). Doug Ellin ( the creator/ writer) used Cameron in a perfect way with havign him offer the movie Aquaman to Vince at the end of the episode.

Lost Season 6 (Recon)

This weeks episode was called Recon and provided some interesting info. First I'd like to point out that they are making quite an effort to make Locke seem "good". I think they are just trying to show how convincing he is. Hopefully we don't have to decide who is good and who is bad in the end. After 6 seasons of holding back answers and only 8 episodes left, we better get hard facts soon.

So what's new from this episode?
Sawyer is planning to leave the island, presumably with his friends while "Locke and Widmore are busy dealing with each other." I can say pretty comfortably that this will fail, or there wouldn't be much story left to tell. They spent so much effort and time trying to get back. Why would they turn around and leave? Also, if Widmore knows anything about the smoke, he certainly knows he can't kill it, so what is he doing on the island?

Ignoring the flash sideways, that is about all we got from this episode. I am more concerned about all the questions they raised at the beginning of the season, only to ignore them for the next 4 episodes. Again, who is the blonde boy in the woods? Who is "Wallace" as seen on the dial at the lighthouse? What is the wheel and who built it? What was going on when Walt used to show up in the woods with water pouring out of his mouth? Where is Desmond and what did it mean when he turned the fail safe key? Why was Libby in the mental hospital with Hurley?

I don't see how they will possibly tie all of this up, not to mention the hundreds of other questions they ignored for seasons on end. On the bright side, next episode is the first ever Richard episode. Our favorite character who we know virtually nothing about despite 6 seasons of story development. If we don't find out something groundbreaking I think we will all be very disappointed.

"Where are the Leads??"

Last week, I was extremely disappointed in the episode although it did have a few funny moments. This week however, I was extremely pleased while watching this new episode. The jokes were endless and I continued laughing throughout. The funniest part to me was when the sales crew was continuing to act like divas and Dwight was getting ready to leave the meeting and Michael says, "I need your undivided attention!" Dwight simply stares him down and says, "You couldn't handle my undivided attention!" This cracked me up. Another part that was really nice to see was the implementation of the rest of the office workers. I feel like the story really only revolves around a core 6 people or so and the rest are left out. This one involved everyone and it was nice seeing everyone interacting.
This episode was extremely creative and interesting. If you pay attention to The Office, you actually can learn a little bit about the business world. For example, this week Sabre contacted a marketing research company to get them leads for potential sales and they paid out $50,000 to have them. It all in term teaches you about different aspects of the business world. Shame Michael had to hand the leads to the wrong employees to piss off the sales crew and eventually they ended up in the thrown out in the dump. $50,000 down the drain!! haha
In conclusion, how funny was it that Andy and Erin's first kiss happened at the Scranton dump?? Ha it was awesome to see one of them finally make a move but it was hilarious where it happened.

South Park “Sexual Healing” Review

Well it’s finally here, South Park has returned for its 14^th season.  In this season opener, the Tiger Woods scandal causes the media and the public to search for answers as to why rich and famous men want to have sex with multiple people.  It is determined that the reason for this is that these men are sex addicts and after a test is developed to spot the addiction, Kyle, Kenny, and Butters are judged to be sex addicts.  The episode, titled “Sexual Healing," lampoons several aspects of the Tiger Woods Scandal, the media’s apparent obsession with these types of scandals, and of the idea of sex addiction being taken seriously. 

I loved the episode and several scenes made me laugh-out loud.  A particularly funny part of the episode was the new edition of Tiger Woods PGA Tour is not a golf game but a Mortal Kombat like game where Woods and his wife, Elin Nordegren, fight.

Another laugh-out loud moment was the death of Kenny, who accidently died while trying autoerotic asphyxiation  in a Batman costume.  Another great moment was when they were doing experiments on monkeys in order to find the cause of the sex addiction.  In the scene, the scientists dump a bucket load of cash on a monkey, who then begins to go around and hump the other monkeys, until he is caught by his monkey wife and made a pariah by the rest of the monkeys.  The ending is hilarious when Stan and Butters fighting the alien wizard, who is really just a right thinking SWAT officer that was tied up and made to wear a giant mask, who the men say is the cause of the addiction and Stan shoots the SWAT officer several times.  The only thing I didn’t really like about the episode was the part where the SWAT officer tells everybody that there is no sex addiction and that wanting to have sex with multiple people is a normal part of being a male.  I didn’t like this part because the moral of the story part is always done by one of the four main characters, usually Kyle, and to have a random character we hadn’t seen till this point do it just felt weird.

Megadesk ruins episode..?

Ok so this week, all I have to say it that the "Megadesk" joke was kind of overdone and lame. It seems like the writers just decided to add in a stupid joke that really didn't do anything for me. Having said that, Michael still, even though I didn't think it was possible, still seems to find ways to be dumber and more idiotic. Deciding to purchase plane tickets to visit his new boss without talking to her about it and after she had said he should stop down sometime, just solidified his position as idiot of the year. His absent-mindedness though is still humerus to me and continues to make me laugh.
I also wasn't very happy about the way they decided to go with the Erin and Andy date situation. It was frustrating to watch Erin and her foster "brother" being uncomfortably touchy-feely with each other while Andy is sitting right there in a kilt... haha (that part was kind of funny though). All in all, I felt this was an average episode and I thought they could have done so much more with it given the situations that their main characters were in. Oh well. Hopefully next week changes my bad mood. We're going to discuss the newest episode next week, so stay tuned and stay posted.

Top South Park Controversies

Well, before I get into the top South Park controversies, below I've included the promo for the first episode of season 14, looks like it's going to deal with Tiger Woods and it should be good.

Now then, South Park is a show that has tried to offend just about everyone in the book. Whether it's Christians, Scientologists, or even Steve Irwin, South Park has went after them. These attempts to offend have resulted in a good deal of controversies for the show. Here are some of the top controversies:

• Christian Controversies

South Park has created a lot of controversy with the Chrisian crowd for issues ranging from depictions of Jesus to the depiction of the Virgin Mary. In regard to the depiction of Jesus, Chrisitians have gotten angry over many aspects of the Jesus South Park depicts. Some of these aspects include: Jesus saying the word "goddamn," shooting and stabbing other characters, and being unable to perform actual miracles.

Another point of controversy with Christians is from the episode "Bloody Mary" which aired on December 7, 2005. The date it aired was the night before the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, a Catholic holiday related to the Virgin Mary. The episode revolves around the belief of society that a statue of the Virgin Mary that is bleeding from its rectum is a miracle. The Catholic League demand that Comedy Central apology and campaigned unsuccesfully to have the episode removed from the airing schedule and never be made available on DVD.

• Scientology Controversy

Undoubtedly the most controversial South Park episode ever was the episode that aired on November 16, 2005 titled "Trapped in the Closet." This episode trashed on Scientology, Tom Cruise, John Travolta, and R. Kelly. The episode resulted in a whole lot of controversy. Comedy Central, a network owned by Viacom, pulled a rerun of the episode, supposedly under pressure from Tom Cruise, who was threatening to not promote his film "Mission Impossible III." The episode was eventually reaired many times. The episode also caused Isaac Hayes, the voice of Chef and a practicing Scientoligist, to quit the show. This lead to the hilarious skewering of the Chef character in the episode "The Return of Chef."

• Steve Irwin Controversy

Shortly after the death of the iconic crocodile hunter Steve Irwin, South Park aired an episode titled "Hell on Earth 2006" in which Satan was hosting a giant Halloween party and Steve Irwin was one of Satan's guests. To make it even worse, he had a stingray barb sticking out of his chest. This sparked controversy as many people thought it was too soon after his death to do jokes about it. A friend of the Irwin family released a statement saying that the episode went "too far too soon."

LOST Season 6 Episode 6 "Dr. Linus"

Who would have thought Ben would end up on the "good" team?
After killing his father and hundreds of others in the Dharma Initiative, the serial killer we all love is on our side. This is good news to me. Ben has done so much wrong but he has finally faced up to it, and I think we all know there has been good in him all along. It still seems strange that he is on Jacobs side after he killed him.

We finally know that Richard came on the "Black Rock" ship we have seen since season 1, and we also find out that living forever has not been as great as it seems. Richard wanting to kill himself and Dogen's speech before he died lead me to believe there has been a lot of deception from Jacob and the Smoke Monster, which is interesting because one is pegged as good and the other evil. Beyond this, Richard says that "it's considered a gift to be touched by Jacob." So what does this mean for Jack, Hurley, Sawyer, etc? Do they have eternal life as well or do they get a different "gift"? We will find out soon enough.

Other food for thought:
Jacob touched all of the Losties before they went to the island. He touched Hurley after he had already been to the island when he met him in the cab last season. Is this significant?

What do the "flash sideways" have to do with anything? Is this just an alternate reality created by the bomb set off in last seasons finale, or will our characters somehow end up in this other reality or vice versa.

Things to note in the alternate reality:
Ben did in fact go to the island and cares for his father. How did the island sink and what caused Ben and his dad to leave before it occured?

Also, Locke says his father is invited to his wedding, so he clearly became paralyzed some other way. You don't invite the man that paralyzed you and stole your kidney to your wedding.

Last note:
Widmore is back to the island. Which team will he play for? I'm going to assume Jacobs because of his previous position with the "others", and also the fact that he wanted to protect John Locke in season 5. He may have known that the smoke would take him over if he died.

We still don't know who "Wallace" is unless it was a code for Widmore. We also don't know who the blonde boy is, nor where Desmond will come into play in the final episodes.

Next weeks episode is called Recon, and I can't say with any real certainty what is going to happen, they have continued throwing curve balls this season and your guess is as good as mine. There is a trailer and sneak preview below.

Jim, Pam, and Cecelia Halpert

So after a couple weeks of anticipation... the baby is here. Cecelia Marie Halpert was born last night on The Office. For much of the episodes leading up to this one, we did not know if they were going to have a boy or a girl and found out shortly into the episode she was having a girl. This episode had all the classic humor that The Office has been known to deliver week in and week out. Jim and Pam have amazing chemistry as a couple and I almost wish they were dating in real life. I also think we saw a side of Jim we've never experienced before, the unorganized, panicked, and quite frankly insane side. His attempts to get Pam into the hospital weren't working very well because Pam was so nervous and wanted to wait to get the extra day in the hospital covered by their HMO which I thought was hilarious.
I love the fact that throughout the episode Michael feels like he is entitled to be the most important part of this whole episode. The birth scene was well done and the funniest part was when Pam breastfed the other families baby by accident instead of her own. I about died of laughter. And let me be the first to say, It's about damn time Andy asked Erin out!!!! Geeze talk about beating around the bush. He finally came out and did it and it looks like we have a new romance brewing. This whole episode had everything I expected it to have and more. The most anticipated episode in The Office's history delivered big time. I just wonder what will happen next.

LOST Episode 6 SUNDOWN

The Pickup Game Begins

The losties finally started picking teams this episode. Claire, Kate, and Sayid are all with the "dark" team. Sayid has a lot more blood on his hands after killing Dogen, Lennon, and essentially letting in the smoke which killed plenty of others. Jacob's team looks like it will have many more people we know including: Hurley, Jack, Miles, Ilana, Linus, and Lapidus to name a few.

It looks like we won't be seeing Hiroyuki(Dogen) anymore but he still has some importance. Lennon noted just before Sayid slashed his throat that Dogen was "the only thing keeping it out." It being or old friend John Locke. This seems like a video game reference where the smoke can't enter the temple until he defeats the temple master. Knowing the writers,JJ Abrams and Damon Lindelof, this could all be part of the "game" being played.

Where is Sawyer? He is not with the rest of his apparent "team" at the end of the episode, and he's been gone since we last saw him with "Locke" 2 episodes ago in The Substitute. Richard is also missing, and hasn't been seen since he talked to Sawyer then ran into the woods. He said he was going to the temple, so where is he? Jin is also missing.

Other questions remain... Who was the blonde boy the smoke couldn't seem to interfere with? The game master? He made it very clear that "there are rules." What is the significance of the alternate reality? Time will tell. Although as Daniel Fairaday put it in season 4, "Time is sort of a relative term." Unfortunately for us, time is running out for the show and based on the final episode titles I don't see a lot of older questions being answered.

For example: What really happened to Desmond when he turned the fail safe key? What was Ben doing when he drained the water in the tunnel and said "I'll be outside"? At the time we were led to believe he was summoning the smoke, but it's clear now that he had no connection to it whatsoever. Also, who built the wheel that moves the island? These and many other questions remain. The good news is we are finally starting to get some answers.

Top Cartman Moments

Hello, this week I am going to discuss my top Cartman moments.  This was extremely hard to do because there are so many great Cartman moments.  But, I was able to widdle it down to four great moments.  Just like last week, I encourage any of you reading this to post your own top Cartman moments and tell me what you thought of my list.  Without further ado, here's my picks:

5.  Cartman and the ginger kids in "Ginger Kids." 

In this episode, Cartman gives a presentation about how ginger kids are disgusting, inhuman, dumb, have no souls, and are unable to survive in sunlight. This scene is very funny and the fact that the class actually believes Cartman and begins to treat ginger kids like outcasts makes it even funnier. To make it even better, Kyle, Stan, and Kenny decide to sneak into Cartman's house and turn him into what he hates, a ginger kid. Now a ginger kid, Cartman gets all the ginger kids together and convinces them that gingers are the master race and they need to get rid of all non-gingers. This all culminates in a hilarious scene where Cartman is ready to throw all non-gingers into a pit of lava until he is told by Kyle that he is not really ginger. At this point, Cartman flips his stance and says that everyone needs to get along.

3.  Cartman pretends to have Tourette's syndrome in "Le Petit Tourette." 

After learning what exactly Tourette's syndrome is Cartman starts to act like he has it so that he can say whatever he wants to whoever he wants. His thinking of Tourette's as a "golden ticket" that should be exploited is so wrong but so funny. He goes around swearing at people and saying whatever pops into his head. He later reveals to Kyle that he plans to go on Dateline NBC and give an antisemetic hate speech. Fortunately, at this point Cartman begins to actually be unable to control what he says and he begins to blurt out embarassing things. How his plan begins to backfire on him is hilarious.

2.  Cartman in the Special Olympics in "Up the Down Steroid."

After Cartman finds out that their is a $1,000 prize for the winner of the Special Olympics, Cartman decides that he will fake being disabled and win. The montage that follows of him researching being disabled, including practicing what face to make and wearing a bicycle helmet, is just brilliant in its politically incorrectness. Luckily, the episode does not result in Cartman winning the $1,000 prize. Due to him being extremely out-of-shape and overweight, he is unable to win a single event and wins the spirit award for coming in last place. At the end, when it is discovered that he is not disabled he tries to say that he was pretending to be disabled in order to teach Jimmy a lesson about using steroids.

1.   Cartman feeding Scott Tenerman his parents in "Scott Tenorman Must Die."

As you learned last week, this is my favorite South Park episode and the number one Cartman moment is a big reason for that. This episode showed how truly sick and twisted Cartman is and how far he will go to get what he wants. From his revelation to Scott Tenerman that he is eating his parents, to Radiohead mocking Scott, to Cartman lick the tears off of Scott's face, it is all comedy gold. Stan and Kyle sum it up perfectly when they say they should never piss off Cartman again.

Season 2: Part 1

Entourage season 2 opens up with the crew comming back from the filming of Vinces movie in New York. Vince believes he is killing Eric financially so the obvious thing for him to do is buy him a maserati right? After Vince purchaces Eric a new plush ride, he buys an insane mansion on th coast. The new house places the crew in a neighborhood with Bob Saget (who is hilarious in the show) and a house filled with prostitutes, which leads to some interesting moments. Vince is offered a huge movie where he would play the super hero, aquaman. The initial reaction from Vince is that he does not want to do it after seeing the costume.

Vince: "I don't want to be on the screen looking like a 100 ft Elton John"

Financial woes leaves Vince doing a TV commercial for a Chinese Red Bull. Luck begins to turn for the crew half way through the season when the movie Vince shot in New York "Queens Boulevard" gets into Sundance, a movie fesitval.

Opinions so far:

I am the definition of biased when it comes to Entourage. I simply love the show. After watching all of the seasons multiple times I realize season 1 and the first half of season 2 are somewhat slow. Things really start to pick up with the new movie offer (Aquaman) for vince. My favorite episode so far is Sundance Kids, when the crew was athe film festival. After watching the guys run around LA for 12 or so episodes it was nice to see them in the mountains. The best moment of the episode has to be after Turtle and Drama have an awkward moment during a threesome. Genious Acting!

LOST Season 6 Episode 5 The Lighthouse

Answers, really?

ABC keeps repeating that "The time for questions is over," yet this weeks episode provided virtually nothing we didn't already know. So what did they give us to think about?

Someone is coming to the island. Who is coming?

We aren't told directly but I believe it may be someone named "Wallace." Jacob told Hurley to set the dial at the lighthouse to 108 degrees. I paused,(thank you DVR) and could see that the name next to 108 was Wallace. I thought for sure it would be Desmond. Maybe it is a code name. Almost all the names are crossed off minus the LOST crew we have known from season 1. Number 55 is not crossed off however and is a black scribble with what looks like the name ash next to it. I think this is significant of the smoke monster, or Claire's "friend" as she put it at the end of the episode.

Next question. Why isn't Sawyer with Locke when he arrives at Claire's tent?

It sure seemed like they weren't leaving each others side last week when they claimed they were "leaving the island together." Now Sawyer is gone. Any ideas where he is?

Last new info: Jacob tells Hurley they can't go back to the temple because someone bad is going there, and it's already too late.

I was sure Dogen and Jacob were on the same side but they don't seem to be in this episode. When Hurley is in the temple with Dogen, Jacob makes no attempt to communicate with him through Hurley. Now we realize Jacob left Dogen at the temple, likely to die. Everyone in the temple panicked when they heard Jacob was dead, yet he does nothing to help them. If it is "too late" to save them, maybe it's playing back to another Lost theme that you can't change your destiny, and I think Jacob may just be unable to do this. He can't interfere with their destiny.

Last note of speculation... I think that in the alternate universe Fairaday will have never stopped playing piano and will meet Jack through his son's piano playing. His son is playing the same piece Fairaday plays as a little boy in season 4, just when his mother tells him he can't play anymore. I don't think this is a coincidence.

Jim and Pam's unbelievable relationship

Ok so I lied. I said last week we were going to talk about the latest episode to tide us over until the Olympics are over, but then I got to thinking... So we are going to talk about Jim and Pam's relationship in preparation of The new baby. I know it is a little lengthy but it's necessary to explain it all, so let me do my best to summarize quickly:

• Jim and Pam first met in, obviously, the 1st season. Pam was married to Roy (warehouse worker) but you could see that there was some feelings going on between the two of them. Knowing that Pam was taken, Jim started dating the purse-sales lady that, Katy, that came into the office one day and they hit it off.

• In the 2nd season, they continue in their respective relationships. In the episode, "The Booze Cruise", Jim plans on telling Pam how he feels and the awkward 20 second silence says it all. But, later Roy finally decides to set the date for their wedding and Jim is crushed. Jim then proceeds to break up with Katy on the boat and later slips the secret to Michael, of all people, that he likes/liked Pam. Later on at the season finale, Dunder Mifflin holds a casino night and Roy leaves early. Jim and Pam find themselves alone and Jim professes his love to Pam and they kiss. She feels the same way but insists on marrying Roy still.

• Season 3 starts and Jim has transferred to the Stamford branch because he can't be around Pam anymore. Meanwhile back in Scranton, Pam breaks up with Roy soon after the Jim situation occurred. While in Stamford, Jim meets a fellow worker named Karen and they soon begin dating. Scranton soon merges with Stamford and both continue production in Scranton. Pam in a fit of jealousy decides to get back with Roy but tells him about Jim kissing her while they were still engaged. Roy tries to attack Jim but Dwight steps in and hits him with pepper spray. Roy is soon fired and out of the picture. Jim and Karen decide to interview to be Michael's boss at Corporate in New York, formerly held by Jan (Michael's girlfriend), and Jim finds a medal from the Olympics episode and a memo that says, "Don't forget us when you're famous! Pam". He then leaves New York, Karen, and the interview and goes back to Scranton and asks Pam out on a date to end the season.

• As season 4 opens, Jim and Pam have finally decided to date but are keeping it a secret from the rest of the office, for obvious reasons. But soon after word finally leaks and everyone knows. The season continues with few hitches but they are finally happy. In the finale, Jim prepares to propose to Pam at the office carnival but is overshadowed by Andy proposing to Angela.

• Season 5 has Jim and Pam working through a sort of long distance relationship but they are making due. Finally, Jim meets Pam at their truck stop and he proposes in the rain to her. They continue on, engaged, and in the finale, Pam is taken to the hospital after being injured in a company softball game, only to realize she is pregnant. The season ends.

• The 6th season has the couple announcing their pregnancy unwillingly and that they are planning to get married in Niagara Falls. The wedding episode is probably one of the best episodes to date and is hilarious throughout. The wedding doesn't go exactly how they wanted but in the end they get married privately on the Maid Marian under the Falls and then go back, late to their ceremony. And now, they are finally expecting the baby.

WHEWWW... that was a mouthful. But now that the baby is coming what do you think will happen next with the show? What will happen to Jim and Pam? Give me your feedback and I look forward to hearing from you.

Entourage Season 1

Before we start the recap of season 1 lets meet the cast:

Vince- An up and comming movie star
Johnny Drama- Vince's brother and "actor"
Eric- Vince's best friend and manager
Turtle- Vince and the guys friend
Ari- Vince's agent

Entourage is about 4 guys from Queens New York (Vince, Drama, Turtle, Eric) living the life of the rich and the famous in L.A. as Vinces stock as an actor rises.

Season 1 begins with the opening of Vince's movie "Head On". Despite poor reviews the movie turns out to be very successful. Throughout the season Vince appears on the Jimmy Kimmel Show, the crew crashes a night out with Eric and his new love interest, Turtle breaks a sculpture made by Gary Busey, and Eric and Vince must decide to do a movie that will have Vince doing some questionable scenes. At the end of the season Vince decides to do the movie after finding out the scenes were put in the movie as a joke from the high strung director. The season was filled with hilarious comments, amazing women, and luxuries that would leave most people jealous.

Top Five South Park Episodes

After 13 seasons and 195 episodes, South Park has had countless classics. In this post, I have narrowed it down to what are my five favorite episodes of the entire series. This was a difficult task and I'm sure many of you will disagree with my picks but here they are:

5.  Red Hot Catholic Love

This episode revolves around the controversial topic of child molestation by priests. The South Park priest, Father Maxi, travels to the Vatican to try to solve the problem and people start to poop out of their mouth. There are several classic moments in this episode including: anytime people poop out of their mouth, Father Maxi at the Vatican, the Gelgameks, and the Queen Spider.  This episode featured the classic satire that South Park is known for.

4.  Woodland Critter Christmas

Stan agrees to help a group of adorable woodland critters build a manger in anticipation of the birth of their lord and savior, only to find it is the antichrist. I love this episode for so many reasons. The lion cubs learning to perform abortions is hilarious and the corny names of the critters, like Beary the bear, are funny small aditions. Also, the twist that these cute woodland critters are actually followers of satan is hilarious.

3.  Night of the Living Homeless

The homeless come to South Park in this "Dawn of the Dead" parody. The episodes hilarious parodies of countless zombie films makes this episode an instant classic. Some of my favorite moments are: the suicide attempt by the homeless expert, Cartman jumping the homeless, and when the boys lead the homeless to the California by singing a modified version of "California Love."

2.  Miss Teacher Bangs A Boy

In this episode, Cartman is appointed hall monitor and Kyle finds out that his little brother is sleeping with his Kindergarten teacher. Cartman acting like Dog the Bounty Hunter is the highlight of the episode, especially when he assembles his team to find Ike. Just seeing Beth, or Dawg's Bitch, with breasts so large you can only see above her forehead, makes me crack up every time. Also, it's great when Kyle tries to turn the kindergarten teacher into the police only to have the police respond to the complaint with "Nice!"

1.  Scott Tenorman Must Die

After being tricked into buying Scott Tenorman's pubic hairs, Cartman sets off on a quest of revenge, resulting in one of the darkest and funniest episodes of all time. Each plot for revenge Cartman comes up with is worse than the last, ending with cartman feeding Scott his parents at the Chili Con Carnival cookoff. The end when Cartman reveals his plot to everyone at the cookoff is the funniest moment of the entire series, and the part when Cartman is licking the tears off of Scott's face is icing on the cake.

Employees of "The Office", you've recieved a memo...

Hey bloggers! My name's Bryan and this is my blog for my favorite show of all time, and frankly the best show of all time for that matter, The Office. In the coming months, I will be writing various articles about NBC's top rated show discussing many topics regarding The Office, from episode recaps to character discussions to Dunder Mifflin's new owner Sabre Corporation, and everything in between. Calling All Entourage Fans

Hey everybody. My name is Matt Wahl, I am a Penn State Student and a Huge Entourage Fan. As any Entourage fan knows we are in a difficult place right now with season six ending a few months ago and season seven still a few months away. Entourge Trailer Season 1

LOST SEASON 6 (Episode 4-The Substitute)

This is my first post of a weekly recap of LOST. I'll also post some theories for discussion. This weeks episode, "The Substitute" got Lost back on track after last weeks extremely slow episode. I'm still a bit disappointed. They say "the questions are over" but they unleashed all sorts of new ones this week. The good news is they are questions we want to ask. Who is the new blonde boy? Why does he seem to hold so much power over someone who is able to turn into a pillar of black smoke? Also, are the names written in the cave actually there for the reasons "Locke" says they are. It's my opinion that he is lying about everything to get Sawyer to join his team. It may not even be Jacobs place. For someone who was able to be killed it seems like an unlikely place for Jacob to set up his home. (Not so much for Smokey) I also feel that he is going to recruit many of our other Lost friends leading to the ultimate battle where friends become enemies and enemies become friends. Next weeks episode is called the lighthouse and from the looks of the preview we will find out more about Claire and hopefully how she was "claimed." It also looks as if Jacob will make an appearance! Look for a recap next week. The trailer is embedded below.

My Introductory Post

Hello everyone, or anyone, out there reading this article, my name is Mark Sonnenberg. Over the next few months I will be writing articles on this blog about one of my favorite TV shows of all time, South Park. For 13 seasons, South Park has been the number one source of cutting-edge satire. Each week I will post a new article talking about South Park. Season 14 does not begin until March 17, 2010, so in the weeks leading to the premier, I will discuss topics such as the top South Park episodes, top Cartmen moments, general South Park news that interests me, etc. Once the season starts, I will post a review and recap of each week's new episode.
