Finally everyone, a new episode. After almost a month of pain and agony waiting for the newest episode to stop tricking us and finally show itself, we get a breakthrough episode. This week was about Erin, the secretary, as The Office forcefully celebrates Secretary's Day because Andy wants to make a good impression on his new girlfriend. As the episode goes on Erin, who never seems to play a significant role ever, begins to reveal a little bit more of who she is to us which seems to be a weirdly charming young girl. She is unstable and talks way to much and apparently it is hard to carry a conversation with her.
This episode features Erin, Ellie Kemper is a shinning role. I always thought Erin was an odd character to have because she never really contributed anything and didn't show who she is, but Ellie made her shine this episode. She really was funny and espiecially her facial delivery. When at lunch with Michael for Secretary's Day, she pulls her hair infront of her face when she finds Andy and Angela used to be engaged and says, "In the foster home my hair was my room." This scene cracked me up. She really did steal this episode, as she should have. Another solid episode from NBC and I can't wait for the next.
Until then though, stay tuned and stay posted.
